For participants under 18, we require parent / guardian consent.
The terms and conditions are subject to change.

・There is no charge for these sessions.

​

・The photographer will decide the location and content.

​

・The images will be sent to you with a watermark.

​

・The copyright of the material will remain the property of the photographer.

​

・You are not permitted to use the photographs with the watermark removed.
Photographs can be purchased without the watermark at the normal Kazumi art rates.

・When using these photographs on social media, it is necessary to keep the watermark on the images and include the photographer`s details with the photo.

・Publications for commercial purposes (editorial, public relations, advertising, etc.) require the prior written consent of the photographer.
​

・The photographer owns the copyright of all images created and therefore can use them for samples, competitions, exhibitions, advertisements and self-promotion.

​

・Please be aware that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that may occur during the photo shoot.
When the photo shoot is overseas, it is mandatory for participants to take out an overseas insurance policy.

​

・If you suffer from a chronic illness/allergy and are taking medication, please state this on the application.
We do not take responsibility for any side effects of medication during the photo shoot.

​

・To prevent theft or loss of possessions, valuables should be kept with you at all times. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of any such items.

​

・We do not cover travel expenses for attending this photo shoot.
In addition, we do not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur when travelling to and from the photo shoot. 

​

・We do not cover the cost of admission fees for locations at which it is required.
