浴衣・着物レンタル利用規約
（2026年版）

第1条（適用）

本規約は、Kazumiart（以下「当店」といいます）が提供する浴衣・着物レンタル、着付け、ヘアセットおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。

お客様は、お申込みいただいた時点で本規約に同意したものとします。

第2条（お申込み）

1. ご予約はホームページ、LINE、メール、Instagram、その他当店が指定する方法で受け付けます。
2. 当店から予約確定のご連絡をした時点で契約成立となります。
3. 未成年者のお申込みは保護者の同意が必要です。

第3条（レンタル内容）

1. 当店はお客様へ予約内容に応じた衣装・帯・小物等を貸し出します。
2. レンタル内容は予約確認書または予約確認メールに記載された内容を優先します。
3. 商品の色味や柄は撮影環境やモニター環境により実際と多少異なる場合があります。

第4条（レンタル期間）

1. レンタル期間は当店がご案内した日時とします。
2. 返却期限までにご返却ください。
3. 延長をご希望の場合は返却期限前までにご連絡ください。
4. 次のお客様の予約状況によっては延長をお受けできない場合があります。

第5条（料金・お支払い）

1. ご利用料金は予約時にご案内した金額となります。
2. お支払い方法は銀行振込、クレジットカード、電子決済、現金など当店指定の方法となります。
3. お支払い期限は当店がご案内する期限までとします。
4. 期限までにご入金が確認できない場合は予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。

第6条（キャンセル）

お客様都合によるキャンセルは以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

11営業日前まで
無料

8〜10営業日前
利用料金の20％

6〜7営業日前
利用料金の50％

4〜5営業日前
利用料金の80％

3営業日前〜当日
利用料金の100％

天災・公共交通機関の大幅な運休など、やむを得ない事情については個別に判断いたします。

第7条（衣装変更）

1. 衣装変更はご利用日の7営業日前まで承ります。
2. 変更手数料は1着につき550円（税込）です。
3. ご予約状況によっては変更できない場合があります。

第8条（商品の確認）

商品のお受け取り後は、その場で内容をご確認ください。

汚れや不足品などお気付きの点がございましたら、できるだけ早く当店までご連絡ください。

第9条（商品の取り扱い）

1. お客様はレンタル商品を丁寧に取り扱い、本来の用途以外で使用しないものとします。
2. 商品を第三者へ貸与、譲渡、転売または担保として使用することはできません。
3. 商品をご利用中は、お客様ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。

第10条（汚れ・破損・紛失）

1. 通常のご利用による軽微な汚れについては、追加料金はいただきません。
2. 次の場合は、クリーニング代、修理代または商品代金相当額をご請求する場合があります。

・飲食物による著しいシミ
・血液やインクなど特殊クリーニングが必要な汚れ
・タバコや香水等の強い臭いの付着
・故意または重大な過失による破損
・紛失または盗難
・修理不能な破損

3. ご請求金額は実際に発生した費用を基準とします。

第11条（返却）

1. レンタル商品は当店が指定した日時までにご返却ください。
2. 配送返却の場合は、当店指定の方法で発送してください。
3. 返却が遅れる場合は、速やかに当店までご連絡ください。

第12条（返却遅延）

1. 返却期限を過ぎた場合は、延長料金をご請求する場合があります。
2. 返却遅延により次のお客様へ影響が生じた場合は、その損害について実費をご負担いただく場合があります。

第13条（予約の取消し・サービスの中止）

当店は、次の場合にはご予約をお断りまたはサービスを中止することがあります。

・料金のお支払いが確認できない場合
・本規約に違反した場合
・他のお客様やスタッフへの迷惑行為があった場合
・安全なサービス提供が困難と判断した場合

第14条（免責事項）

当店は、次の場合について責任を負いません。

・天災、災害、感染症、交通機関の遅延・運休等による影響
・お客様の体調不良や事故
・お客様ご自身の不注意によるケガや損害
・商品の通常使用に伴う軽微な劣化
・モニター環境等による色味の違い

ただし、当店に故意または重大な過失がある場合は、この限りではありません。

第15条（撮影・着付けサービス）

1. 着付け後は、大きな動作や激しい運動は着崩れや破損の原因となるためご注意ください。
2. 撮影中はスタッフの案内にご協力ください。
3. 天候や交通事情等により撮影場所や時間を変更する場合があります。
4. 貴重品はお客様ご自身で管理してください。

第16条（個人情報）

当店は、お客様から取得した個人情報を、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

・ご予約およびサービス提供
・お問い合わせへの対応
・ご利用に関するご連絡
・法令に基づく対応
・サービス向上のための統計分析

法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく第三者へ提供することはありません。

第17条（SNS・写真の掲載）

当店が撮影した写真をホームページ、SNS、広告等へ掲載する場合は、お客様の事前の同意をいただきます。

掲載を希望されない場合は、お気軽にお申し出ください。

第18条（規約の変更）

当店は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

変更後の規約は、ホームページ等へ掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第19条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

本サービスに関する紛争については、当店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第20条（言語）

本規約は日本語を正文とします。

本規約の日本語版と外国語版（英語版を含む）の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先して適用します。

Yukata & Kimono Rental Terms and Conditions
(2026 Edition)

Article 1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all yukata and kimono rental, dressing, hairstyling, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Kazumiart (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Reservations

1. Reservations may be made through our website, LINE, email, Instagram, or any other method designated by Kazumiart.
2. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
3. Guests under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a reservation.

Article 3. Rental Items

1. We will provide the rental items included in your reservation, such as yukata or kimono, obi, and accessories.
2. The contents of your reservation confirmation email or message shall take precedence if there is any discrepancy.
3. Please note that colors and patterns may appear slightly different from the actual products due to lighting conditions or your device’s display settings.

Article 4. Rental Period

1. The rental period will be the date and time specified in your reservation confirmation.
2. Please return all rental items by the designated return time.
3. If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us before the scheduled return time.
4. Extensions may not be available depending on the reservation schedule.

Article 5. Fees and Payment

1. The rental fee is the amount confirmed in your reservation.
2. Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, electronic payment, cash, or any other payment method accepted by Kazumiart.
3. Payment must be completed by the deadline specified in your reservation confirmation.
4. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Article 6. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.

11 or more business days before the rental date:
No cancellation fee

8–10 business days before:
20% of the total fee

6–7 business days before:
50% of the total fee

4–5 business days before:
80% of the total fee

3 business days before, the day before, or on the rental date:
100% of the total fee

In cases of natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Article 7. Changes to Rental Items

1. Requests to change your selected outfit must be made at least seven business days before your rental date.
2. A handling fee of ¥550 (tax included) will be charged for each outfit change.
3. Requested changes are subject to availability.

Article 8. Inspection of Rental Items

Please check the rental items when you receive them.

If you notice any damage, stains, missing items, or other issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

Article 9. Care of Rental Items

1. Please handle all rental items with reasonable care and use them only for their intended purpose.
2. Rental items may not be lent, transferred, sold, or pledged to any third party.
3. You are responsible for the safekeeping of all rental items during the rental period.

Article 10. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning Fees

1. No additional charge will be made for minor wear or light dirt resulting from normal use.
2. However, you may be charged for cleaning, repair, or replacement costs if any of the following occurs:

• Significant stains caused by food or drinks
• Blood, ink, or other stains requiring special cleaning
• Strong odors caused by tobacco, perfume, or similar substances
• Damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence
• Loss or theft of rental items
• Damage beyond repair

3. Any charges will be based on the actual repair, cleaning, or replacement costs incurred.

Article 11. Return of Rental Items

1. Please return all rental items by the designated date and time.
2. If returning the items by delivery service, please follow the return instructions provided by Kazumiart.
3. If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Article 12. Late Returns

1. Additional rental fees may apply if rental items are returned after the agreed return time.
2. If a late return affects another customer’s reservation, you may be responsible for any actual losses incurred.

Article 13. Refusal or Cancellation of Services

Kazumiart reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the following situations:

• Payment has not been completed.
• These Terms and Conditions have been violated.
• The guest behaves in a manner that causes inconvenience or danger to staff or other guests.
• We determine that it is not possible to provide our services safely or appropriately.

Article 14. Limitation of Liability

Kazumiart shall not be liable for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, severe weather, public transportation disruptions, infectious diseases, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Illness, injury, or accidents occurring during the rental period unless caused by our negligence.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Minor wear or natural deterioration of rental items.
• Differences in product colors caused by lighting or display settings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Article 15. Dressing and Photography Services

1. After dressing, please avoid activities that may damage the outfit or cause it to become undone.
2. During photography sessions, please follow the instructions of our staff.
3. Photography locations or schedules may be changed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
4. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables at all times.

Article 16. Privacy

We collect and use personal information only for the following purposes:

• Processing reservations
• Providing our services
• Responding to inquiries
• Contacting guests regarding reservations
• Complying with applicable laws
• Improving our services

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Article 17. Use of Photographs

Photographs taken by Kazumiart will only be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials with your prior permission.

If you prefer not to have your photographs used, please let us know before or during your session.

Article 18. Changes to These Terms

Kazumiart may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Any revised Terms will become effective once published on our website or other official channels.

Article 19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Kazumiart.

Article 20. Language

These Terms and Conditions are originally written in Japanese.

If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translated version, including the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
