Please read and accept the terms and conditions below, when booking a photo shoot with Kazumi Art. 
These terms and conditions are subject to change.

 Photo Shoot Terms and Conditions

 

1 About the photo shoot

1-1) The edited photos and videos will be sent to the  e-mail address registered to your acount.
A DVD of the session, photo prints and photo albums can be purchased at an additional cost.
Prices are subject to change.

1-2) An additional charge is made for extra photo editing.

1-3) A compilation video can be purchased at an additional cost.

1-4) The client has 7 days from receiving the data to check that they can successfully access the contents.
If we are not contacted within 7 days, the data will be archived and we will not be able to work on it further.
As we do not  permanently archive data, please ensure that you safely store and back up your data.

We do not take any responsibility if it is lost or damaged.

1-5) When photograph are taken in places that require the permission of a third party and an additional fee for usage, the client is personally obliged to manage all these issues.

Kazumi art owns the copyright of all the photographs. They may be used for samples, competitions, exhibitions, advertisements and self-promotion.  

1-7)Clients are limited to use these photographs for personal use only.

2 A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid in cash on the day of the photo shoot. For overseas photo shoots the total cost should be paid at the time of booking.

 

3 If clients decide to cancel the photo shoot, they will incur a cancellation fee.
・ cancellation up to 61 days before the event : 30% of the total price
・ cancellation between 60 to 8 days before the event : 50% of the total price
・ ７days before the event : 100% of the total price
Cancellation fees will be notified by email.
Bank transfers incur additional costs for which the client is responsible for paying.

 

 

4 In the instance that the photographer has to cancel due to various circumstances, we will refund the total amount that you have paid.
Please note that we do not offer any further compensation.

No refund will be offered after taking any photos.

 

 

5 In the case of a natural disaster (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami and other catastrophes, wars, riots), we are not able to offer any refund to the client.

 

 

6 Please be aware that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that may occur when taking the photographs. When photographs are taken overseas, it is necessary for participants to take out an overseas insurance policy.

 

 

7 Please refrain from applying if you have a history of mental illness or are hospital bound.
Also, if you participate without permission, we do not take any responsibility for it.

 

 

8 If you suffer from a chronic illness/allergy and are taking medication, please state this upon application.We do not take responsibility for any secondary effects of medication when taking the pictures.

 

9 We recommend that valuables be carried around with you, at your own risk, in order to prevent theft. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of these objects.

 

 

10 We do not cover travel expenses for attending the photo shoot. In addition, we do not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur when traveling to and from the photo shoot. 

 

 

11 We do not cover the admission fee for certain locations.

12 In the case of violence, slander or outrageous behavior, the photo shoot will be terminated immediately. No refund will be given in this circumstance.

14 Please avoid conflicts during the photo shoot.

 

15 We are able to reconsign all or part of the client`s work to a third party.

 

 

16 If the client breaks any of the rules below, we will cancel the photo shoot immediately. 
・ When the client violates the terms and conditions potentially causing a risk
・ When the client fails a credit check for a variety of reasons.

・ When we discover that the client is associated with criminal gangs.

 

 

17 The outfits, hair and makeup should be organised by the client.
